Cuttaway Hill Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
(Southern Highlands) Cuttaway Hill Estate is cradled in the mountains of the Southern Highlands in NSW, at 700m above sea level with all grapes being grown and harvested on the family owned estate. The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is ruby red in colour with ripe blackcurrant and spice aromas on the nose. Matured in selected oak for 18 months this complex cool climate Cabernet has sweet berry and savoury notes supported by silky ripe tannins and a long elegant finish. The wine has been sealed with a screwcap finish to preserve its high quality and deliver a fault free wine to your enjoyment.
