This allows for a complex flavour while remaining smooth and easy-drinking. It is a light bodied red and perfect for warmer weather drinking. We call this our "bbq wine" as it matches simple, everyday foods. The aroma is of forest fruits and red berries and the palate is light but with bright fruit flavours and some savoury elements.
