Red fruits and toasty, mocha oak characters. Cherries and berry flavours combined with mocha oak and soft tannins. Enjoy with lamb, pasta or casseroles. Tyrone Estate Shiraz 08: This wine is the star of the Tyrone range. It comes off Salena Estate's considerable plantings in the South Australian Riverland, showing all the deliciously voluminous fruit flavours that this region is famous for. This wine contains Choc plum flavours with a sweet and chunky palate that is generous and approachable. Puppeteer Shiraz 08: Puppeteer Shiraz has a spicy mid palate combining black cherry and clove influences with French oak. This wine is ample with silky tannins and a lingering finish. Long Flat Shiraz 08: The 2006 vintage is a lovely wine with great depth of flavour. Savour the spice and plum pudding like aromas that lead to luscious blackberry characters on the palate. Zilzie Selection S23 Shiraz 08: Bright crimson with purple hues. Aromas of plum mulberry and spice with hints of pepper and intefrated vanilla oak. Lyrup Crossing Shiraz 07: The nose offers a complex bouquet of primary fruit including mulberries and plums, as well as notes of clove and liquorice. The palate is ripe, rounded and soft with velvety tannins and sweet mulberry juiciness. This is a rich, full weighted wine with a well-rounded tannic structure that is smooth and generous in fruit flavour.
