It is a full and generous wine with a lovely mouthfeel and creamy mousse. It is fresh with a classy, crisp, clean finish. The wine displays melon, pineapple and citrus characteristics. CRAFTING This non-vintage wine is crafted predominantly from Chardonnay with some Pinot Noir, sourced from South-Eastern Australia. SUGGESTED FOOD / OCCASION Enjoy Yellow during parties, or with seafood, canapés, chicken salad or scrambled eggs. Suitable for the every day occasion.
